A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B(S) and the mother victim C(M, 45 years old), and is residing in D apartment E in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-nam.

1. On September 22, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) around 22:00 in the above dwelling space; (b) “A victim is deprived of the victim’s her and drinking alcohol,” and (c) the Defendant took two knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif knif knif knif knif knif kn.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim who is in existence.

2. Crimes against victims C;

A. At around 20:00 on February 1, 2019, the Defendant suffered bodily injury on the part of the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim scams in his/her dwelling room at the above dwelling room on the balone of the instant dwelling room; and (b) expressed his/her desire to scam in his/her dwelling room, “I am scam, part of you do so; and (c) am scams of the victim’s balp and tension that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the surviving victim.

B. At around 19:00 on March 19, 2019, the Defendant used a food knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, to the victim’s hand, and used a knife at a remote place, for the victim’s breath, on the ground that the victim’s breathed breath was delayed, and used breath of the victim’s breath with breath’s breath by hand, and used it as a knife for the victim’s body.
