Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 6,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium, or keep, deliver or distribute such medium by receiving, demanding or promising any means or information used to give instructions on transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of transactions with respect to electronic financial transactions.

1. Defendant A will pay a price on the face of the head of the Tong by lending the head of the Tong around February 16, 2015.

It would be paid three million won in return for a letter message to the effect that “the message will be received, and contact the name in Kakao to the name in return for the loan of the Kakao.”

“A promise was made to that effect.”

On February 16, 2015, the Defendant sent each debit card connected to one’s national bank account (D) and enterprise bank account (E) at the front of Osan City, one’s residence, and each debit card connected to one’s own bank account (F) and new bank account (G) at the same place around February 23, 2015, respectively, to one’s own bank account through Kwikset service article.

Accordingly, the above Defendant promised to pay for and lent each approaching medium.

2. Defendant B, around February 23, 2015, will pay a price on the face of the head of the Tong by lending the head of the Tong.

It would be paid three million won in return for a letter message to the effect that “the message will be received, and contact the name in Kakao to the name in return for the loan of the Kakao.”

“A promise was made to that effect.”

On February 23, 2015, the above Defendant sent each debit card connected to his national bank account (I) and Busan Bank account (J) around the front day of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 602 Dong 904, his residence, to his name-oriented persons through Kwikset Service Articles.

Accordingly, the above Defendant promised to pay for and lent each approaching medium.
