1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 529,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 6% per annum from December 27, 2013 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff is the representative of the D consortium (hereinafter the instant consortium) who intends to promote C business after obtaining permission from the Korea Communications Commission for a key telecommunications business operator under the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Defendant is a member of E and F Co., Ltd. and the instant consortium.

B. On November 4, 2011, the Defendant drafted an investment commitment with respect to the instant consortium.

The main contents of the Investment Declaration and the Guidelines for Operation of the Consultative Body are as follows:

Investment Declarations

1. We agree that this Agreement shall be bound by all the clauses and conditions of the Guidelines for Operation of the consortium attached to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this Agreement and that us will participate in the consortium established in accordance with the Guidelines for Operation of the consortium (hereinafter referred to as this case). 2. us will undertake to make an investment in addition to the Guidelines for Operation of the consortium as follows: - A corporation which will be established in order to carry out the Project (hereinafter referred to as this case is scheduled to be established): - A corporation which will be established in order to carry out the Project (hereinafter referred to as this case): - A corporation which will be established in this case if the consortium obtains a license for a common telecommunications business: - Amount of investment - Amount of investment - Amount of 35,300,000,000 won (hereinafter referred to as 'stock acquisition price): 35,30,000,0000 won (hereinafter referred to as "stock acquisition price): expected to be established in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

4. We shall relate to the permit of this case before the incorporation of this corporation, the C Project based on this permit, and/or the necessary application for the permit of this case with respect to the formation of this consortium.
