1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 114,079,469 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 26, 2014 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a supply transaction contract for telecommunications equipment and cables and accordingly, the Plaintiff supplied goods equivalent to KRW 139,079,469 to the Defendant around January 31, 2013 is without dispute between the parties (Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act), and the fact that the Plaintiff received KRW 25,00,000 out of the price of the goods from the Defendant on December 2, 2013 is the Plaintiff.

According to this, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 14,079,469 won with 20% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case sought by the plaintiff to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
