Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The injured Party C (Defendant A) is the director who operates the dental clinic “E” at Yasan City D, and Defendant A is the mother of Party B who received dental treatment from March 2013 to August 2014 in the foregoing dental clinic.
1. Around 11:00 on January 16, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) at the above hospital operated by the Defendant “E” (E) that caused approximately 1 smuggling space in the upper part of the Defendant’s “E” hospital, which was operated by the Defendant Company B, and subsequently demanded more than 70,000 won for re-correctioning expenses while providing counseling; (b) the Defendant completed counseling at the counseling center of the above hospital; and (c) obstructed the Defendant’s right hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand and way to come to go to due to the treatment of other patients; and (d) continuously follow the victim’s follow the victim’s follow-up, the Defendant interfered with the hospital’s business by force by way of avoiding disturbance, stating that the Defendant’s 30 minutes of the medical treatment was “huming, avoiding wrong and getting out.”
2. On January 21, 2017, the Defendant of defamation did not have any fact that the facts in front of the places mentioned in the above Paragraph 1 above were damaged by the victim’s sons by giving wrong treatment. However, on the road on which several hundreds of sons pass, “E president shall not avoid liability for damages to sons who have damaged sons due to wrong treatment.” The contents of “E president shall not evade liability for damages to sons who have damaged sons due to erroneous treatment.” There have been a receipt of correction of sons prior to three years prior to the E president, with several millions of correction of sons, and there has been any wrong treatment.
