Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant destroyed the property by cutting off the cable of 300 meters length of rainwater into a gate and cutting off it to approximately KRW 1,50,000 of repair cost on the ground that rainwater flows into the defendant's mail of the defendant's human body because of the automatic string cable installed by the victim D (58 taxes) in front of the defendant's dwelling place C around the defendant's dwelling place.
