Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of an electricity construction business, the victim B(50 years old) is the owner of the building for which the defendant did electrical construction, and the Korea Electric Power Corporation manages the utility poles prior to the above domicile.

Defendant,

1. Damage to property;

A. On August 10, 2019, at around 06:52, the Seoul Central-gu Seoul Central-gu, the market price was destroyed by releasing two of the four external measuring instruments owned by the victim B, which could not be connected, on the ground that the price for electrical construction was not paid.

B. On the grounds as set forth in paragraph 1(a) and at the time, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1(a) above, an electric cable that was listed in the utility pole (D) managed by the victim Korea Electric Power Corporation and the Seoul Central Electric Power Corporation was cut to be prepared for the said new building and damaged the market’s aesthetic beauty.

C. On August 28, 2019, around 06:04 around 06:04, the market price was destroyed by cutting up the electric wires supplied to the said new buildings by cutting up them to the fences prepared in advance, on the grounds that the said paragraph 1-A was the same as the said paragraph 1-A at the location of the said paragraph 1-A.

2. Interference with business operation 1-A, b, and 3 times, electric wires entered the victim B’s commercial building on three occasions, and interfered with the victim’s business by force, such as blocking electric wires from spreading the electric wires and delaying the closing of construction of new commercial buildings by not supplying power.

3. On the same date, time, and place as above 1-A, the victim B’s joint signature number came into the building, and attempted to intrude into the building. In order to prevent the supply of unfash electric power, the measuring instruments entered the left side of the building and intrude into the building managed by the victim B.
