Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.161% of blood alcohol concentration on 21:52, driven a distance of approximately 1 kilometer from the direction of the wurlow XG car owned by the Defendant to the direction of the raw ginseng distance from the direction of the wurlow wurlow XG car in the Purlow-gu, Purlow-gu, Sungnam-si, Purnam-si, to the direction of the raw ginseng distance in the same city.
