Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant driven B, under the state of alcohol concentration of 0.169%, the distance from approximately 1 kilometer to approximately 0.169% from the front route of the residents' center in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si to the same line apartment.
