1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) KRW 45,00,000 and 30% per annum from August 31, 2007 to July 14, 2014; and
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff leased a total amount of KRW 45,00,000 to the Defendant, which was due to the Defendant’s failure to pay the principal amounting to KRW 53,917,500 on August 30, 2007, and was issued a loan certificate stating the agreed rate of KRW 60 per annum (5% per annum).
B. On August 29, 2012, the Plaintiff leased KRW 9,000,000 to the Defendant separate from the above paragraph (a), and was issued a written agreement to the effect that the Defendant would pay KRW 9,000,000 to the Plaintiff in installments for 18 months each month by the Defendant on August 29, 2012.
2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
