Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2014, from around 10:07 to 10:12, the Defendant, in front of the Seoul Central District that was in the unification of Jung-gu, Seoul Central District, the Defendant, on the ground that the manager of the Seoul Central District said that “I drinks alcohol in the plaza, drinks alcohol in the plaza, and go to the underground.” On the ground that the manager of the Seoul Central District said, “I am out of the plaza, I am off the upper, lower and lower clothes in front of many unspecified people.”

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
