Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2015, around 16:25, the Defendant: (a) stated that “a police box has been in the front of the 13th Seoul Central Police Station,” and that “a police box has been in the front of the 13th Seoul Central Police Station,” and the chief of the police box listens to the speech that the police box is off duty, and many and unspecified persons have been in the presence of a large number of people, who are in the front of the 13th Seoul Central Police Station.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
