[2014 Highly 653] On May 1, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.079% by blood alcohol concentration around 21:40 on May 1, 2014, and the Defendant driven a vehicle with low alcohol level in the section of about 1km from around the Jeju-si cafeteria to the road in front of the “Sujun-dong,” in front of the Jeju-si cafeteria.

[2014 high-speed 803] On July 26, 2014, the Defendant driven a car with the highest speed from the Jeju District Court near the Jeju District Court in the Jeju-si to the Gain in the Jeju-si from July 26, 2014.
