A is the president of "D", who is a call center company that employs telephone counselors and conducts home shopping mobile phone order-making services, and Defendant B works as the head of the above "D" fund-related services.

1. No person who violates the prohibition against offering any benefits related to election campaign shall offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer any money, goods, or other benefits in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext such as allowances, actual expenses, compensation for volunteers, etc. except for the cases under the Public Official Election

Nevertheless, on June 4, 2014, the Defendants: (i) provided with telephone promotion system facilities at the election campaign office along with the persons related to the election campaign office, such as the head of the election campaign team belonging to the organization team of the G candidate who was elected, and (ii) provided with telephone promotion system facilities at the election campaign office, and (iii) provided with telephone campaign workers participating in the election campaign office with telephone promotion system facilities, and (iv) provided the telephone campaign workers participating in the election campaign, and (v) provided the telephone campaign workers participating in the election campaign to appeal for the support of the G candidate; and (v) provided the telephone campaign workers with the cost of election campaign equivalent to KRW 70,00 per day.
