1. Defendant A shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,420,680 as well as 20% per annum from October 9, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Facts of recognition

On September 20, 2014, Defendant A issued one promissory note with a blank of issue date, payee blank, and due date, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, payment place, us bank, and 164,762,000 face value. ② A issued one promissory note with a face value of 164,762,00. As a single endorsement of each of the above promissory notes, the Plaintiff respectively endorsed as a non-interpreting agent corporation, a non-interpreting agent, and a second endorsement.

The Plaintiff is currently holding each of the above promissory notes. Before the closing date of the instant argument, the Plaintiff supplemented the payee as the date of issuance of the promissory note as of April 30, 2014, respectively, to the Sung Steel Co., Ltd., and the date of issuance of the promissory note as of June 27, 2014, and supplement the payee as the Sung Steel Co., Ltd., Ltd., respectively.

On August 25, 2014, Defendant A entered into a mortgage agreement with Defendant A on the E forest land E, 18,642 square meters (hereinafter “E land”) in the time of harmony owned by Defendant A, and completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage over the debtor, Defendant A, and Defendant B, the Suwon District Court No. 130301, which was received on August 25, 2014.

On September 11, 2014, Defendant A entered into a mortgage agreement with Defendant C on the 6,660/9,210 shares of G forest 1,59 square meters of G forest 1,593 square meters of land (hereinafter “G land”) and the land E, and Defendant C completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage with Defendant C, as of September 11, 2014 received by Suwon District Court 13920 million won of maximum debt amount, the obligor A, and the obligee.

On September 11, 2014, Defendant A entered into a mortgage agreement on land E and G with Defendant D, who is the wife, and completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the land of Suwon District Court No. 13921, Sept. 11, 2014, the Suwon District Court No. 139921, Sept. 11, 2014.
