Criminal facts

In order to receive construction cost at around 19:30 on June 6, 2020, the Defendant opened a gate that was not corrected in front of the house of the victim C located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and opened the entrance door and opened the entrance door to the house. On the other hand, as the entrance door was not set off, the Defendant saw the victim at a large sound in front of the window connected to the living room.
