Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment by the Gwangju District Court for a violation of road traffic law (drinking), etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 19, 2017.

On July 24, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on July 22:5, 2017, driven the BM5 car from approximately 100 meters to the road before the “Seoul Northern-gu Gold-gu Gold-gu gold public announcement” located in the “culture and Arts Center.”

On September 30, 2017, around 22:55, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.184% while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license, from the front road of the Culture and Arts Center located in Gwangju Northern-gu to the front road of the said golf course located in the same Dosan-dong.
