Defendant
A on May 14, 2014, at the Busan District Court, sentenced one year and two months to be sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, and on April 18, 2015, the same criminal records are more than five times in addition to the completion of the enforcement of the sentence.

B On April 17, 2012, the Busan District Court sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the sentence on January 16, 2015.

1. On April 22, 2015, Defendant A and B got into the house of Victim G located in Busan Young-gu, Busan, around 15:00, and Defendant A was divided into labels and confirmed that there was no person inside the house. 2. Defendant C is a person engaged in sales business of precious metals, etc. with the trade name “I” in Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City H. A.
At around 15:00 on April 23, 2015, the Defendant purchased the gold-rums and gold gms, which he stolen from A, from the victim G.
