Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates the Internet shopping mall located in Busan Dong-gu C and the original store located in Busan Dong-gu D with the trade name.

[2012 high-level 5332] On May 2, 2011, the Defendant sold 1,60,000 won of counterfeit butane bags and 500,000 won of actual goods in the Internet shopping mall B operated by himself/herself, and sold or stored for the purpose of sale in KRW 1,601, a total of 1,601 times until July 26, 2012, as indicated in the attached list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, the Defendant used the trademark “old-gu” registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as designated goods, such as 2,464 Bads and 125 Bads and 125 Bads and forged bags, and 3,243,400,00 won of actual goods, and 15,451,200 won of the goods.

[2012 High 6094] On July 27, 2012, around 11:43, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 11:43, LOUIS VUTON (OUS 0109060, trademark registration number, trademark right holder: E) registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office in Busan East-gu, and three (4,920,00 won at the market price of a fake LUIS VUTON (TU 4,920,00), one (1), GUCCI (former trademark registration number, 0132874; (b) 000,000,000 won or less for the same purpose as the trademark right holder’s trademark registration number, 000,0000,0000 won or more, and 060,0000,0000 won or more for the purpose of trademark registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter referred to as trademark right holder).
