A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from around 07:30 to around 09:00 on July 15, 2019, between Yongsan-gu Seoul and the victim C’s residential parking lots adjacent to the victim’s residential area, discovered a ggallon car on the market price owned by the victim; (b) opened a door and opened a door in an irregular way; and (c) operated the car with the vehicle inside the vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

On September 20, 2019, around 04:39, the Defendant: (a) obtained a victim’s G card, H card, etc. in the name of the victim that was lost by the victim F in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) obtained a 1,200,000 won of the victim’s market price; and (c) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. Around 10:00 on September 20, 2019, the Defendant purchased a secondhand radio, bank, or camera at the K store located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, which is operated by the victim I, and settled KRW 220,00 with the H card in the name of the F acquired by the Defendant as in paragraph (1). The Defendant used lost credit cards, and received property by deceiving the victim. 2) On September 21, 2019, the Defendant purchased a hamber, etc. from “N” operated by the victim M in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and settled KRW 10,00 with the G card in the name of the Defendant acquired as in paragraph (1).
Accordingly, the defendant used lost credit cards and received property by deceiving the victim.
3. On September 21, 2019, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud using computers, etc.: (a) puts the G card and H card in the name of the F acquired as referred to in paragraph (1) at the 10-story unmanned vending machine in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, and KRW 2,000.
