Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:30 on January 10, 2019, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own think that he/she had, without returning it to the victim or undergoing necessary procedures such as filing a report to the police office, he/she embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own think that he/she had, on his/her own, he/she had, obtained the victim’s credit cards (i.e., three-six years of age) owned by the victim (i.e., three, three-six), one physical card, one driver’s license, and one hand of the hand cards owned by the victim (i.e., three-six years of age).

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 10, 2019, around 10:58, the Defendant settled the said amount by suggesting that the credit card acquired, as in paragraph (1), was properly used by himself/herself, when purchasing the amount equivalent to KRW 4,500 of tobacco equivalent to KRW 13,500, from the victim’s name-free employees working there, at the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 10:58, Jan. 10, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property benefits equivalent to 13,500 won, and used a new card lost by B.

B. On January 11, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime around 11:00 under Article 2. A.

Around 11:00 on the same day, at the same place, the victim’s name-free employees purchased a amount equivalent to KRW 4,500 of tobacco equivalent to KRW 13,500, and the new card obtained, as stated in paragraph 1, was presented as if he had been a legitimate right to use, and paid the above amount.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property benefits equivalent to 13,500 won, and used a new card lost by B.

C. On January 10, 2019, the Defendant, around 11:17, 2019, purchased 24,550 won, including 5 A, E, E, E, E, F, and 19, and completed B’s new card that he acquired, as set forth in paragraph (1), to the victim G (Nam, 19) working there.
