Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 48) are legal married couples.

From 03:00 on December 20, 2018 to 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant suspected of having the victim’s external appearance within the building D of the Heungdong-gu Seoul Building, Cheongju-si, and used the kitchen kitchen (18Cm of a day length and 30Cm of a total length) in the kitchen in his hand, and threatened the victim by threateninging the victim.
