Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2019, at around 13:47, the Defendant was driving a Category B B car along the two-lane between the two-lanes in the direction of the Seoul Coastal Highway, Seopo-ri, Seopo-ri, Seoul. On June 16, 2019, the Defendant saw that the amount of car driven by the victim C (33 years old) was kid by the Defendant’s vehicle in the front of the victim’s vehicle. However, the Defendant kiddd by the method of booming the victim’s vehicle in front of the victim’s vehicle.

The Defendant, while driving a dangerous article, driving one lane between the two lanes, and changing the course of the Victim’s Track in the front of the Victim’s Track that was driven along the two lanes, threatened the Victim and his mother, E (n, 55 years old), and spouse F (n, 28 years old) on the expressway where the Victim’s Track was driven along the two lanes, and immediately after the Victim’s Track, he followed the two rapid Track, followed the two rapid Track again, followed the first rapid Track and followed the first rapid Track over four times in total.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
