A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for one year.

B On May 31, 2019, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and the judgment was finalized on June 7, 2019.
1. The Defendants co-principal (in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) committed on August 2018, 2018, doping that the Defendants came to the F in which the victim E keeps his/her forests, etc. and the G door door password, which is the victim’s residence, after cancelling the Defendant’s hair number, at the beginning of the beginning of the first of August 2018.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded upon the victim’s residence.
2. Defendant A
A. Around 16:00 on December 16, 2018, the Defendant changed the number of entrance doors owned by the victim H to prevent E from bringing about any animal in the said F and G, on the ground that E does not pay monthly taxes, etc. at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
B. At night, on December 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went through the entrance password from around 18:00 on December 25, 2018; and (b) went into the entrance and kept there; and (c) came to the victim E, who was in custody, with one cell acid picture equivalent to KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
3. Defendant B, on the same date and at the same place as described in paragraph (1) above, entered the above subparagraph F with A for the reasons as stated in paragraph (1), and stolen the victim E, who was in custody of the said subparagraph, with one dog own picture equivalent to KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
