Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

On June 6, 2015, 17:25 around 17:25, the Defendant driven D Cargo Vehicles from the front side of the Busan Bank located in the Busan Northern-gu B to the front side of the Coil Station located in the same Dong, even though the driver’s license was revoked.

2. Forgery of private signature, and uttering of a falsified investigation or signature;

On June 14, 2015, at around 17:25, the Defendant: (a) when the Defendant was controlled by driving without a license to F in front of the Busan Northern Police Station E District on the road located in the B of the Busan Northern District, the Defendant: (b) had F enter the personal information of G in the transportation and police service system computer network through the police PDA terminal device; (c) signed G in the signature column of the PDA device presented by F; (d) had F enter the personal information of G into the police service system computer network; and (e) had F enter the signature of G in the signature column of the PDA terminal device presented by F.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged G’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised a forged signature.

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Busan District Court on February 22, 2012, and was punished three times more for the same crime. In addition, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court.
