Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts, no person shall transfer or take over any access medium, or lend or lease any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute it with the knowledge that such medium is to be used for a crime or to be used for such purpose.

1. The names in the way of the Defendants’ joint crime committed by the Defendants are the persons who withdraw money deposited in the account connected to the card using the physical card (the title “definite card”) delivered by another person’s mail card solicitation book (the title “definite card”) that allows the Defendants to engage in domestic financial transactions under the direction of the Non-indicted F, the full responsibility of the telephone finance fraud organization, and the names infinites and infinites of middle schools in the Chinese Peninsulas of China with Chinese nationality, and those who withdraw money deposited in the account connected to the card.

피고인들은 중국인들이 사용하는 메신저 ‘ 위 쳇’ 을 이용하여 성명 불상의 총책 및 F과 대화를 하면서 총책이 지시하는 국내 통장 전달 책이 보내주는 금융거래를 할 수 있는 타인 명의의 접근 매체인 체크카드, 비밀번호 등을 전달 받고, 그들이 지시하는 돈을 인출하여 지정하는 계좌로 송금을 하여 주면 일정금액의 대가를 받기로 모의하였다.
