A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on May 22, 2015;

A. On May 22, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 01:00, at the “E” convenience store for the victim D’s work in Jeju-si, the Defendant: (b) called “E” to put the victim a credit card; (c) was denied by the victim; (d) the Defendant took the victim’s view of the victim’s refusal, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store business for about two hours by avoiding disturbance, such as the finger distance, while taking the victim’s voice with a large voice; and (e) the Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store business for about two hours.

B. In a case where the Defendant interfered with the convenience store business as above at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, and the Defendant was asked to return home from G in the circumstances belonging to the Jeju East Police Station F District of the Jeju Police Station, which was called the victim after receiving the above D’s report, and the victim was heard the above D, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by saying, “the victim shall be fluored with the victim by stating that “the male and female spaws are inside, swine spawn, bricks, spawn, spawn, spawn, and other degree, and

C. 2. The crime committed on May 30, 2015;

A. At around May 30, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by stating that “The victim K, who is a nurse, takes the chest of the Defendant for medical treatment at an emergency room of the J Hospital located in Jeju, and open to the open room, and other patients, etc. in the above emergency room, are heard by the victim’s “the day of the next year of the weather, the day of the second year of the second year of the complaint of the weather, and the two years after the second year of the complaint of the weather,”” and publicly insulting the victim.

(b) Any person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall rescue and transfer emergency patients, take emergency measures, or treat them;
