The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. It is recognized that the defendant spreads false facts and interfered with the business of the victim company by taking account of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor, such as the summary of the grounds for appeal F, C, etc. and the account records of the deceased company.

2. The court below found the defendant not guilty on the grounds that the defendant spreads false facts and interferes with the business of the victim company by examining the witness of F, C, etc., and on the grounds that there is no other evidence to prove otherwise, the court below's judgment is just and acceptable, and the prosecutor's assertion is without merit.

3. Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
