The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. In full view of the summary of the grounds for appeal D, E, and F’s statements, the Defendant damaged D’s entrance and exit.

2. The court below found the defendant not guilty on the grounds that it was insufficient to find that the defendant had damaged the entrance and exit door by examining D, E, F, G, etc. as a witness, and that the reasons therefor are detailed and that the defendant had damaged the entrance and exit door, and that there is no other evidence to prove otherwise. In light of the reasoning of the court below, the court below's judgment is just and acceptable, and the prosecutor's assertion is without merit.

3. Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
