Defendant
On January 30, 2013, A was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for embezzlement in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju District Court on May 31, 2013.
Defendant A and Defendant B were operators of B, who manufactured and sold bread, fruit booms (ju) with the father’s son(child). Of January 2016, 2016, there was a need for money for monthly pay, transaction partner’s repayment, and payment of machinery costs in the D office located in Sungnam-si E 1006, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.
