A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the Ulsan District Court on April 20, 2005, a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the same court on August 25, 2008, a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the same court on January 25, 2011, and a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the same court on March 11, 2013.

On July 19, 2013, at around 22:13, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven CKaone Star car at a section of about 2 km from the Do near the Ulsan-gu Central Market of Seongdong-gu, Ulsan-gu to the roads front the Dong-dong post office of Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, Seoul-dong, without a car driver’s license.

On April 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:53, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.135% without a vehicle driver’s license, the Defendant driven C Costa car in the section of about 4 km from the 25-7 km of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S. to the front road of the horse located in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul-gu, U.S., the same city from the 25-7 malk-7 m of the alcohol content without a vehicle driver’s license.
