A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, damage to the negligent property against the victim N is caused.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Ulsan District Court on July 26, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ulsan Detention House on January 27, 2014.
