Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant B was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for special robbery at the Seoul High Court on May 11, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 19, 2017.
[Criminal facts] A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or financial benefits to those who win the result of the sports promotion voting rights or the issuance of similar things.
1. The Defendants established a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (replacement, etc.) and a gambling space are engaged in the operation of the private sports climate site in order with the ship-sacrine, J, K, L, M, etc. (hereinafter “I, etc.”).
