1. Defendant C Co., Ltd. indicated in the attached Form 1 through 40 among the 6th floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building fashion Center.

1. Under the underlying facts, the following facts may be acknowledged by adding up the whole purport of the pleadings to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 10, 12, and Eul evidence No. 2.

The Plaintiff is the owner of the 6th floor 6th floor 6176, 6177, and 6178 (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned shop”) of Seocho-gu Seoul Building, an aggregate building (hereinafter “the instant aggregate building”). Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is the manager of the instant aggregate building; Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is the manager of the instant aggregate building; and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is the manager of the instant aggregate building from 6101 to 6107, 610 to 6119, 612 to 6131, 6142 to 6148, respectively, and engages in crowdfunding and restaurant business.

Defendant C operated the instant database in sequence with each point of 1 to 40, 1 of the attached drawing indicating the common area, and 85.4 square meters in the line with each point of 41 to 44, and 41 square meters in the order of each point of 32.3 square meters in the line with each point of 32.3 square meters in the line, and 42,45, 46, 43, and 42 of the same drawing, each part of 134.4 square meters in the line with each point of 45,49, 48, 47, and 45 square meters in the order of each point of 67.9 square meters in the line with each point of 64 square meters in the order of 65,000 square meters in the line, and each part of 2 to 54,000 square meters in the line with each other in the order of 65,000 square meters in the line with each other.
