If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2013, the Defendant, at around 00:30, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by taking advantage of the victim B’s C cab and arriving at the front of the Maritime Bathing Beach, without the intent or ability to pay the fee, even if he/she gets a taxi, by taking advantage of the victim B C cab and having arrived at the front of the Maritime Bathing Beach.
