Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Dong Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 25, 2015.

On July 24, 2014, at around 23:16, the Defendant driven 49cc Obaba 'B' in the influence of alcohol level of 0.071% without a motorcycle driver's license to approximately 3 km in front of the Hababa Do, Busan, Busan, Mababa, on the front of the Hababa Do.
