Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the head of the regional housing association headquarters from April 2016 to Kimhae-si, and Defendant B was working as the head of the association of the above regional housing. The Defendants are personal information managers who manage the information of the persons who applied for membership of the said regional housing association.

Victims E and F are those who have joined the above regional cooperatives as members.

On May 2017, the Defendants promoted the construction of the Kimhae-si District Housing Association at the apartment house and office of the 2401 Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, 2401.

G In applying for approval for completion of apartment, the victims were only the ones who entered into the contract as a member, but they were disqualified as a member because they did not pay the down payment, and despite the knowledge that the number of members of the D regional housing association is insufficient, so the victims' names, resident numbers, telephone numbers, and addresses were entered and submitted in the register of members for the purpose of supporting them.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to provide the victims' personal information to the third party without their consent.

1. The victims asserted that the Defendants and the defense counsel joined the instant regional housing association as a member and consented to the provision of personal information. After the establishment authorization of the association, it is impossible to replace the members. As such, the completion of the association is approved.
