Defendants are innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant A was a person who was on behalf of the prosperity hall of “E commercial building” located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from August 201 to February 2, 2012, and Defendant B was working as the management warden of the said commercial building from August 201 to August 2011.
