A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On October 26, 2019, around 07:43, the Defendant stolen KRW 4,300 in cash, the victim’s possession, from the 3rd floor soup Mana, “The third floor soup” on October 26, 2019, and then cut off 4,300 in cash, the victim’s head.

C. At around 14:00 on October 28, 2019, the Defendant stolen a bicycle amounting to KRW 100,000 at the victim J’s bicycle riding room in front of the “I” located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and by riding a bicycle amounting to KRW 100,000 at the market price installed without a correction device.

On November 1, 2019, around 03:45, the Defendant thefted the “L convenience store” located in K at Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, by means of having the victim M, who was close to a studio, with a gap in the victim M, the Defendant used the studio (cash 20,700 won in cash).

2. At around 03:00 on October 30, 2019, the Defendant attempted special larceny (i.e., the victim’sO located in N) and destroyed and damaged the bricks located on the neighboring street for the purpose of stealing cash by intrusioning into it, but the Defendant did not escape and attempted to commit such act.

3. On November 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) as if the Defendant was knife the Victim S(S, 28 years of age) who was in Q Q in Chungcheongnam-si around 03:15, the Defendant was able to look at the Victim S (S, who was 28 years of age) who was in the place of interrogation, with the highest highest of 30cm in length.
