A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a team member of the Korean Red Cross Daejeon branch.

The Defendant did not attend the work at the Daejeon Branch of the Korean Red Cross from January 14, 2013, August 27, 2014, October 31, 201 of the same year, and November 3 through 7, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant has deserted his service for not less than 8 days in total without justifiable grounds.
