A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the prime viewing library library, the C library, and the D library team, who is in charge of disaster safety management and support.

A social work personnel member shall not leave his/her service for at least eight days in total without good cause, and the defendant shall leave his/her service in such a manner that he/she shall not attend the said D Library on April 4, 2015 and shall leave his/her service from April 17, 2015 to the same year.

5.4. Until 11. A total of 11 days, he/she has deserted from his/her service without justifiable grounds for a total of 12 days.
