Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business operator related to the graves of domestic animals who raise pigs while operating a swine shed in the Republic of Korea, Hongsung-gun, and five parcels outside the Republic of Korea.

No person who discharges, collects, transports, disposes of, or spreads livestock excreta or liquid manure shall spread the liquid manure to any place, other than the area where the person who has installed a facility to recycle liquid manure has secured.

Nevertheless, on April 6, 2016, the Defendant, without properly verifying whether the liquid manure is spraying, spreaded approximately five tons of the amount of livestock excreta generated from the livestock excreta generated from the said livestock shed into D and E’s land, other than land for spraying the secured liquid manure as well as D and E’s land.
