1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a bus engineer belonging to the Sungsung-dong Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On August 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “The victim D, a bus engineer of the company, went to the camping site while going to the camping site; (b) E and B, a female engineer of the company, went to the camping site; and (c) went to the event site by suffering a stacker; and (d) thereby impairing the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts; and (c) described the same purport with the same company F at the same place at the same time and time, thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts.”
