Reasons
Indictment
1. On July 28, 2014, Defendant A damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by openly pointing out false information by attaching “G” on the exterior glass wall and entrance door to the office’s entrance and exit for six (6) years, regardless of the absence of the victim’s double living, at the H Seoul branch office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, where the victim G was working for the victim G at the F exhibition Center 401 located in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

On March 4, 2014, at the same place as the above paragraph (a) above, by submitting a written application for the same contents as the above paragraph (b) to the head of the personnel affairs team, thereby impairing the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
