A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) did not need to enter personal information, such as resident registration numbers, and the method of claiming information usage fees provided by the original Stop or Google flass because of difficulties in seeking a certain occupation; (b) used that the Defendant stolen the mobile phone; (c) stolen the mobile phone; (d) cash certificates or game items acquired by paying information usage fees by paying the said mobile phone; (d) commercialized the money on the bee site; (e) collected by the purchaser of the game items in advance; and (e) paid the money to the purchaser of the game items; and (e) received the remainder of the amount obtained by deducting the fees from the purchase fees deposited in the bee, in advance, from the account in the name of the Defendant.

1. On September 5, 2017, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that there was a cellular phone that could be stolen at a hospital located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan; (b) and (c) discovered that the victim E was leaving the cell phone inside a ward room and locked it; and (d) cited one cell phone of 200,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession and one copy of the entry certificate.

In addition, the Defendant stolen another person’s mobile phone, etc. at least seven times from the above day to the day of February 21 of the same month, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 1.

2. On September 21, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny was at a hospital located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan around 10:00, and in a hospital, etc., the Defendant entered a hospital with many outside people, and then steals the mobile phone from the hospital, etc., without giving special attention to the surrounding people, and there are many cases where there are no people using the same, or where there are many people who frequent the mobile phone in the hospital, etc., such as the ward’s entrance and entrance, and steals the mobile phone.
