1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15,00,000 and the interest pertaining thereto from September 8, 2017 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 4 and the whole pleadings, the plaintiff lent 18 million won to defendant corporation B on January 29, 2016 to the defendant corporation, and interest rate of 4.6% per annum, 5 million won per month from June 2017 to August 2017, and the same year.

9. Until December 25, 200, Defendant C agreed to repay KRW 3 million, and the fact that Defendant C guaranteed this is no dispute between the parties, and the Plaintiff was paid KRW 3 million out of the above loans from Defendant B.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay 15 million won and 15% interest per annum from September 8, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the last delivery date of the instant complaint, as requested by the Plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
