Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2018, the Defendant issued an order to provide the PC to the victim while taking an attitude that he/she would normally pay the cost of using the PC at around 06:28, 06:28, 'KPC room operated by the victim J in Suwon-gu I and 3, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

However, there was no money in water, and there was no intention or ability to pay the PC room cost and food cost because there was no certain occupation or property.
