Defendant
A is an employee of a game room with no trade name of E in the first floor of the building located underground in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, who was carried out as a director of the above game room at the request of the above E, Defendant B is the relative of the above E, Defendant B is the relative of the above E, and Defendant F is the repairer of the game machine.
1. Defendant A
A. Violation E of the Game Industry Promotion Act: (a) installed 35 game machines in the sea-booming field, 22 scars game machines, and CCTV, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board from July 7, 2013 to July 9, 2013, and employed the Defendant as an employee.
The Defendant paid a charge card for a game with 10,000 won per 10,000 won in cash to many unspecified customers who have found a place, let them use the said card, let them do the said game, etc., and exchanged the said game by converting the point to 10,000 won per 10,000 won in cash acquired by the customers according to the result of the game.
