1. The Defendant’s KRW 29,940,00 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from December 17, 2013 to March 12, 2015.

A. On April 30, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant newly constructed a house of the first floor on the parcel, other than C, the Chungcheongbuk-gun, and determined the construction cost as KRW 19 million, and the construction period as from May 2013 to October 2013.

After that, around May 21, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works of this case with the Defendant re-Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract for construction works”) with the construction cost of KRW 124,000,000 and the construction period of KRW 10 (5 months) months from May 2013 (the date on which a report is filed) and with the following major contents (hereinafter “instant contract for construction works”).

C. Foods

1. The average of the above contract amount is 2.5 square meters, and 3.8 million won per square meter.

[The cost of removing retaining walls (the height of the wall shall be within 0.5 meters and 2 meters) shall be included in the above amount, and the cost of removing the waste shall be calculated separately from the cost of transporting and disposing of the waste.]

3. The floor of the first floor shall be 150§® and steel bars shall be 10§13§® 300-400.

4. The thickness of a retaining wall (the first floor wall) shall be 150 millimeters and the height shall be 3 meters and the roof spons shall be 1;

20.Benisher project 8 million won and 7 million won for roof and roof project shall be calculated separately from the above contract amount.

The settlement of construction cost shall be paid 20 million won in advance (in May 2, 2013, the amount of deposit, retaining wall, and removal cost), 30 million won in contract deposit (in May 21, 2013), 34 million won in part payment (in May 21, 2013), 34 million won in late payment, and 20 million won in front of the wall of ready-mixed at the seat of the first floor, and in the remainder of 20 million won, on the date of installation of a kitchen.

24.In the event of an increase or decrease in the number of votes, an additional amount shall be calculated and paid at 3.8 million won per ordinary credit.
