1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 15,00,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its amount from January 1, 2016 to September 26, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Around April 6, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract with the Defendant for the construction of steel bars among the detached housing construction works located in Yansan-gu Seoul-si, Jeonju-si, with the construction cost of KRW 75 million, and the construction period from April 7, 2015 to May 30, 2015.

(hereinafter the above construction work refers to “the instant construction work,” and this contract is referred to as “the instant construction work”). B.

The Plaintiff completed the instant construction. The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 60 million in total, including the construction cost of the instant construction cost of KRW 20 million on April 10, 2015, KRW 20 million on May 5, 2015, and KRW 20 million on June 4, 2015.

2. The parties' assertion

A. Although the Plaintiff completed the instant construction, the Defendant paid only KRW 60 million out of the agreed construction cost, and did not pay KRW 15 million for the remainder of the construction cost. 2) In addition to the matters stipulated in the instant construction contract at the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff additionally installed KRW 2.6 million of the cost of installing outer wall spons, KRW 200,000 of the height of the building on the first floor and KRW 700,00 of the height of the building on the first floor, KRW 1.2 million of the additional construction cost of the first floor, KRW 1.2 million of the additional construction cost of the second floor, KRW 20,000 of the additional construction cost of the second floor, KRW 1.2 million of the installation cost of the second floor and the boiler room, KRW 1.4 million of the additional construction cost of the second floor, KRW 200,000,000 of the additional installation cost of the outer wall 20,000,0000 of the additional installation cost.
